Reporting To: Director / Sales Head

Job Summary

The Export Manager will be responsible for developing international markets, managing export sales, expanding the global distributor network, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders for quartz and stone products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand international business for quartz and stone products.
- Identify and appoint overseas distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Generate export sales through current and existing customers.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely shipments.
- Maintain relationships with international customers and resolve their queries.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Export Sales.
- Experience in Quartz, Marble, Granite, Stone, Ceramics, or Building Materials Industry is preferred.
- International travel experience is an added advantage.
