PranaVeda Ayurveda & Wellness is looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to manage our reception and provide a professional and welcoming experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage front-desk activities
- Attend incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Coordinate clients with doctors and therapists
- Maintain client information and appointment records
- Handle billing, payments and basic administrative work
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatments
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth day-to-day operations
Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking English, Telugu and Hindi
- Basic computer skills and ability to use WhatsApp, billing and appointment software
- Well-groomed, polite and professional
- Responsible, punctual and organised
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and in person
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front-office executive, patient coordinator or in a hospital/clinic/wellness centre is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, patient and service-oriented and can make clients feel comfortable from the moment they contact or visit us.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
