We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive for a leading Transport / Logistics at AHMEDABAD

Job Description:

Should know some as aspects Tally but Microsoft Excel thoroughly .

- Should be able to take Target Based Work. Business generation is of primary importance.
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints .
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. – Coordination with Vehicles & Internal teams for movement and loading.
- Should know How to manage E-way Bill, their expiry and their due dates.
