About The Job

We’re looking for a designer who has the following capabilities:

- Figma expertise: Should be able to present at least 5 projects with a minimum of 20 screens each, be familiar with over a dozen plug-ins, and master all key features.
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign.
- Experience with no-code tools: Builder.io, Framer, etc.
- AI literacy: Understand how AI works, and be able to use platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, etc.
- Web-building tools experience: WIX, Webflow, Squarespace.
- UI/UX & graphic design skills: Solid understanding of both practices.
- Design theory knowledge: Principles, philosophies, platform guidelines.
- Positive organization: Proper etiquette & cataloging of pages, frames, and content in Figma.
- Self-driven learning: Should have a track record of learning new skills independently.
- Creative interests: Should have hobbies beyond screen time.

Key Responsibilities

- Research client briefs and align with contemporary design practices.




- Respect timelines and meet deadlines.
- Deliver unbiased and objective desigCollaborate on international & local projects related to UI/UX.
- Work on UI/UX design for mobile apps, websites, web platforms, SaaS, AR/VR, and wearables.
- Translate design briefs into UX strategies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Preferred Candidate Traits

Candidates with the following will be prioritized:

- Strong English writing & speaking skills.
- An updated and active personal portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, etc.).
- Internship experience in graphic/UI/UX design.
- Has read design classics (e.g., Design of Everyday Things).
- Awareness of current affairs and solid general aptitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
