Job Title: Legal Associate – Asset Tracing & Litigation Support

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate with experience or solid knowledge in asset tracing and other core areas of legal practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, analytical, and communication skills and be capable of handling complex legal matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct asset tracing and investigations to identify and locate assets.
- Perform legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and case summaries.
- Assist in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Review legal records and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
- Support enforcement and recovery proceedings.
- Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments.





Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an advantage.
- Experience in asset tracing, litigation support, corporate law, insolvency, financial fraud investigations, or related legal fields.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
