Job Overview:
To join our creative team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced YouTube Content Researcher. As a pivotal member of our team, your role will be instrumental in uncovering compelling narratives that resonate with our brand identity and engage our target audience. Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
○ Conduct thorough research within the true crime niche, ensuring relevance and interest to the target audience.
○ Perform comprehensive investigations on selected topics, adhering to predefined criteria for gathering accurate information.
○ Develop and maintain a centralized repository of true crime cases tailored for various distribution channels, ensuring accessibility and organization.
○ Utilize diverse sources including academic journals, archives, and interviews to uncover compelling and lesser-known cases.
○ Compile detailed case descriptions with comprehensive summaries and relevant details for content creation.
○ Actively contribute innovative ideas and insights in collaborative meetings to enhance content development.
○ Demonstrate commitment to meeting project deadlines through efficient time management and proactive communication.

Skills And Software Proficiency:

○ Ability to conduct thorough and efficient research on YouTube trends, analytics, and audience behavior.
○ Proficiency in analyzing YouTube analytics, engagement metrics,



and viewer demographics to derive actionable insights.
○ Knowledge of content trends, SEO strategies, and audience preferences to optimize video performance and channel growth.
○ Effective communication in presenting research findings and collaborating with team members
○ Efficiently managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of research projects.
○ Deep understanding of YouTube Analytics tools to track video performance, audience retention, and engagement metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:
○ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, English, Journalism, or a related field.
○ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful YouTube scripts and content.
