Junior Accountant (AC) – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

A Junior Accountant supports the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Assist in GST/TDS filings (if applicable)
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support audits and compliance processes
- Assist senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred)




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS)

Experience

- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Indian accounting regulations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
