We are looking for a Solar Design Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp to design large-scale solar power plants. The ideal candidate should have experience in MW-scale solar projects and a solid understanding of DC, LT, and HT electrical systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop solar plant layouts, SLDs, and electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
- Perform energy yield simulations and system analysis using PVsyst.
- Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling of solar plant layouts.
- Design DC, LT, and HT electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to finalize system designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and optimize designs based on site constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience in MW-scale solar plant design with strong knowledge of DC, LT, and HT systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Location: Gurgaon
