- Strong hands-on experience in Java development
- Excellent Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals
- Good knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Databases, and Linux/Unix
- Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs is a plus
