We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns that engage customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of email marketing tools, automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
- Create engaging newsletter content and promotional emails tailored to target audiences.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategies with business goals.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM email marketing and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with lifecycle email strategies.
- Understanding of retention email campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
