Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase order handling, material follow-up, and maintaining procurement records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement operations
- Generate and process purchase orders (PO)
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
- Follow up for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores department
- Ensure quality and cost-effective purchasing




- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement activities

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software preferred
- Strong coordination and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech graduate
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in purchase/procurement
- Freshers with positive knowledge also apply
