Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development. You'll own features end-to-end — from database schema to API contract to event flow to deployment — while leveraging AI-assisted development tools for rapid, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build scalable, distributed systems using .NET 8/9 and event-driven architecture
- Own features end-to-end: database schema → API contract → event flow → deployment
- Use AI coding assistants daily for development, code review, debugging, and documentation — with critical evaluation of AI-generated output
- Implement microservices with messaging patterns (Saga, Decorator) using MassTransit




- Manage multi-tenant isolation, authentication, and identity provider integrations
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications on AWS using Docker & Kubernetes

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years hands-on experience with C# 12+, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core
- Mandatory: Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) — non-negotiable
- Strong grasp of Dependency Injection, SOLID principles, Design Patterns (Saga, Decorator)
- Experience with message brokers, MassTransit, event-driven architecture
- Hands-on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Database experience: SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis
- Understanding of authentication, identity providers, multi-tenant isolation

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Financial services / Fintech domain experience — Payments, remittances, FX, settlements, ACH/SWIFT, card processing, KYC/AML compliance

Engineers who blindly accept AI-generated output without critically reading and understanding the code.
