Job Title: QC Engineer
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Qualification: BE Mechanical

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Stage-Wise Inspection: Assist in the dimensional and visual inspection of raw materials, fabricated components, shell-and-tube setups, and finished process equipment.
- Welding Quality Verification: Learn and perform visual inspections of weld joints, checking for defects before and after non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Testing Procedures: Participate in and document standard pressure and leak tests, including Hydro testing and Pneumatic testing of vessels and heat exchangers.
- Material Verification: Cross-check incoming raw materials (plates, tubes, pipes, flanges) against Material Test Certificates (MTC)



and purchase order specifications.
- Documentation & Quality Records: Maintain accurate, daily records of inspection reports, stage clearance logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and final quality dossiers for clients.
- Compliance Assistance: Support senior QC engineers during third-party inspection (TPI) audits and client clearances.
