Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – TCL Distribution

Alps Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our TCL distribution business in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, dealer development, and market expansion, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Promote TCL products and increase market penetration.
- Generate secondary sales through regular dealer visits and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
- store visit is mandatory.




- Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from dealers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on market activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, IT, FMCG, or Distribution.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- MBA preferred; graduates in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
