Job Function, Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Application & Product Development
- Define product specifications based on market needs and customer requirements.
- Assess usability and relevance of products in real-world applications.
- Conduct validation studies to ensure product performance meets expectations.
- Collaborate with R&D; and engineering teams to refine product features.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote products through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and application insights.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Gather and analyze user reviews and feedback.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
- Ensure continuous product enhancement through iterative revisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Provide training and application support to internal teams and customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
