Job Title: Window Production Head (uPVC & Aluminium)

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 2+ Years (uPVC/Aluminium Windows Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage complete production of only Aluminium windows and doors.
- Manage complete production of only uPVC windows and doors.
- Plan daily production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise production staff and monitor productivity.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and installation teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and workplace safety.
- Prepare daily production reports and resolve production issues.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in uPVC/Aluminium window manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and production planning.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/Excel is preferred.
