Position: Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

Job Summary

The Radiant Institute is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to handle admission enquiries and guide parents and students about our courses. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, scheduling counselling sessions, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call parents and students to explain the institute's courses and admission process.
- Follow up on enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents and students regarding courses, fees, batches, and academic programs.
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes.
- Convert leads into admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for admissions and batch allocation.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve parent queries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students.





Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, admission counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

- As per institute schedule.
