Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer – Construction (Civil) to oversee and maintain quality standards at our project sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction quality control, site inspections, and documentation, ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections, material checks, and workmanship reviews
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality benchmarks
- Maintain and update quality records, inspection reports, test results, and checklists
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards,



and statutory regulations
- Assist during internal audits and third-party inspections as required
- Support the site team in implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in construction quality control / quality supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures
- Familiarity with quality control documentation, checklists, and reporting systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and report preparation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities
