Job Title : Public Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in maintaining the desired public image of our healthcare facility and ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in healthcare communication practices, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and be comfortable navigating the nuances of healthcare environments. The PRO will support the facility’s strategic objectives and ensure the public perceives the organization in a positive, professional light.

Job Role :

- Develop and implement PR strategies that promote the healthcare facility’s services, values, and community involvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison for media inquiries, crafting appropriate responses and handling press releases.




- Monitor public perception through media analysis, patient feedback, and community engagement.
- Ensure timely and effective internal communication regarding organizational updates, policy changes, and new initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing public concerns, complaints, or misinformation related to the healthcare facility.
- Assist in other projects or tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department to support the department’s objectives.

Qualification : Any Degree
