- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Create and upload engaging content, reels, and property posts
- Run Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Handle WhatsApp marketing and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate photo/video shoots for properties
- Design basic creatives, banners, and promotional material
- Manage online branding and audience engagement
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns
- Maintain social media consistency and growth
- Coordinate with sales team for lead flow and campaign planning
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic to advanced knowledge of social media marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads, Instagram marketing, and lead campaigns
- Good understanding of content creation and branding
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,
or similar tools preferred
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form content
- Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
- Freshers with strong skills and creativity may also apply
Qualification
- Graduate preferred
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage
