Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data integration and performance issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting for automation and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high system availability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
