Role Overview

JK Events & Advertising is looking for a proactive and confident PR & Telecaller Executive to manage client communication, conduct high-volume outbound calling, generate leads, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent client service.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct PR and follow-up calls regarding campaign updates, service confirmations, and client requirements.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other business documents.
- Maintain lead trackers, follow-up records, MIS reports, and client databases.
- Ensure all client interactions and updates are properly documented.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, PR, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.




- Excellent Hindi & Gujarati communication skills (Basic English preferred).
- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Break: 45 Minutes Lunch Break

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
