What You'll Be Doing

Be the Face of the Company's YouTube Channel

- Host engaging videos explaining products, services, and industry trends.
- Conduct on-site shoots, customer stories, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Represent the company with confidence and authenticity.

Present Engaging Content

- Deliver scripted content naturally and confidently.
- Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Add your personality while maintaining the company's brand voice.

Create High-Quality Content

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and produce videos.
- Work across short-form, long-form, explainer videos, testimonials, podcasts, webinars, and live sessions.
- Suggest creative ideas and trending content formats.

Grow the YouTube Channel

- Engage with viewers through comments, live sessions, and Q&As.;
- Monitor YouTube Analytics to improve watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth.
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and SEO for better reach.

Stay Updated & Manage Production

- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.




- Coordinate with videographers and editors to ensure professional-quality production.
- Maintain a visually appealing studio setup and shooting setting.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of YouTube experience as a creator, host, or presenter with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience growth strategies.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable with multiple content formats.
- Passion for storytelling, digital content, and emerging trends.
- Basic video editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

- Increase YouTube subscribers
- Improve engagement (likes, comments, shares)
- Increase watch time and audience retention

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
