Creative Content & AI Tools Specialist

Location: Chennai, India (In-Person)

Experience: 3–5 Years Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on creative who lives at the intersection of visual storytelling and AI-powered content production. You'll own the end-to-end creation of photo and video content — from raw editing to AI-enhanced output — for brand campaigns, product launches, and social media. This isn't a traditional editing role. You'll be expected to move fast, experiment with emerging AI tools, and push the quality bar on every deliverable.

What You'll Do: Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for brand and social content Use AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, RunwayML, etc.) to create and enhance video, voiceover, and motion content Build short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Collaborate with founders and brand leads to translate briefs into polished visuals Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content formats Stay ahead of trends in AI-generated media and bring new tools to the table proactively

What We're Looking For:





Must-Have 3–5 years of hands-on photo and video editing experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent Working experience with AI content tools — HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar Strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and brand-consistent storytelling Portfolio demonstrating a range of edited work (photo + video) Good to Have Experience with RunwayML, Kling, Sora, or other generative video tools Familiarity with social-first content formats and platform nuances Basic motion graphics or animation skills Experience working in a startup or quick-moving brand environmentWhy This Role Work directly with founders on a brand being built from scratch Full creative ownership — your ideas will ship, not sit in review queues Exposure to cutting-edge AI content workflows from day one Competitive compensation based on experience
