Job Summary : We are looking for a Kids Climbing Coach to conduct climbing activities for children at BASH Cafe. The coach will make sure every child has a secure, fun, and enjoyable climbing experience while learning basic climbing skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct climbing sessions for children.
- Teach children basic climbing techniques.
- Ensure all safety rules are followed at all times.
- Check climbing equipment before each session.
- Encourage and support children during activities.
- Speak with parents when required.
- Work with the café team to create a fun and safe environment.

Requirements :

- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, patient, energetic, and enjoys working with kids.
- First Aid or CPR certification is an added advantage.

Education :

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Sports, Physical Education, or Adventure Training certification is preferred.

Work Location: BASH Cafe, Taleigao, Goa (In Person)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
