We are looking for a versatile, creative, and highly organized Digital Marketing cum HR Intern to join our team. This unique dual role is perfect for a multi-talented individual looking to build a strong foundation in both brand building and talent management within the tech industry.

- Location: Noida / Greater Noida West (Hybrid/In office)
- Duration: 3 to 6 Months
- Type: Internship (with a certificate and potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Branding (50%)

- Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, posters, and banners using Canva, Photoshop, or generative AI tools.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our professional presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Campaign Support: Draft compelling copy for marketing posts, newsletters, and hiring campaigns to boost employer branding.
- Engagement: Monitor social media trends, engage with the tech community, and help execute digital outreach strategies.

2. Human Resources & Recruitment (50%)

- End-to-End Coordination: Assist in the recruitment lifecycle for technical and administrative roles (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews).
- Job Board Management: Post active openings on various job portals and track incoming candidate applications.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Help organize internal team activities, coordinate onboarding schedules for current hires, and manage basic HR documentation.




- Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Design & Tools: Hands-on familiarity with basic graphic design tools (like Canva) and standard office software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for professional writing.
- Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to switch context smoothly between creative marketing and structured HR tasks.
- Interest: A genuine interest in the tech/software services industry and community building.
