Job Profile

Successfully deliver Sage 300 projects for our customers. Engagement with our customer organization during various stages of the project life cycle. Troubleshoot & resolve helpdesk tickets. Communicate with the customers using various channels like emails, MS Teams etc. In addition to this, he will be also expected to deliver a outstanding sales demonstration to our customers, if necessary.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience on Sage 300 with clear understanding of both the technical & functional aspects is required
- At least 3 full life-cycle successful Sage 300 projects with references, if required.
- Deep understanding of the Finance & Distribution related processes & how they are delivered on Sage 300.
- Understanding the nuances of a project implementation methodology; the stages, milestones & their importance.

Soft Skills

- Young person with lots of drive and energy
- Enjoys working under pressure
- Effective communication skills
