Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

Servedge Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and generate revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet potential clients and present the company's facility management and housekeeping services.
- Prepare and submit business proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth service implementation.




- Follow up on client enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update the CRM/database.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in the facility management, housekeeping, manpower supply, or service industry is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel.
