Hiring: Regional Business Manager (Franchise Management)

We're looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead franchise expansion and operational excellence across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive franchise acquisition and business expansion.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
- Onboard new franchise partners and ensure successful launches.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide ongoing operational support.
- Monitor franchise performance, KPIs, and business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify recent expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing and operations.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
- Support admissions and franchise business performance.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Franchise Development & Operations.
- Proven experience in franchise sales and partner acquisition.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience handling regional business operations.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
