Job Title: Design & Content Creation Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern who can design stunning visuals and craft authentic, engaging written content for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and communication. This role involves working closely with our marketing and client delivery teams to create design assets, edit videos, and write copy that aligns with client requirements and brand tone — without relying on AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Content Creation

- Create high-quality designs for digital and print — including social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
- Edit and produce short-form videos/reels, promotional clips, and explainer videos.
- Adapt existing client designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure all visuals meet the highest aesthetic standards and brand guidelines.

Content & Communication

- Write clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to produce visually supported storytelling.
- Proofread and edit content for tone, grammar, and clarity.
- Research industry-specific topics to ensure authentic and factual content.

Collaboration & Client Support

- Interact with clients to understand their design and content expectations.
- Manage revisions, gather feedback, and deliver on time.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all platforms.





Technical Skills Required

Design Tools

- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools like Figma, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a robust plus.

Content Tools

- Familiarity with tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, or other writing aids (for polishing, not creating).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Comfortable using project management tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive to feedback.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A genuine passion for design, branding, and digital storytelling.

Eligibility & Educational Background

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory) – include design samples and written content.
