- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain course offerings such as AI, Data Science, Python Coding, and Analytics certifications
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and program benefits
- Convert leads into successful enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or lead management sheets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for admissions and onboarding
- Conduct tele-counseling sessions and online course presentations
- Build a strong pipeline of potential students through continuous follow-up
