Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities, tender documentation, billing processes, and maintaining records efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Excel, and experience in tender-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of tender documents on various portals
- Handling quotation preparation, invoice generation, and billing work
- Maintaining accounts records, payment follow-ups, and documentation
- Managing day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Working extensively on MS Excel for reports, data management, and calculations
- Maintaining purchase and sales records systematically
- Coordination with clients and vendors regarding accounts and tender requirements
- Ensuring timely completion of official documentation and compliance work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and basic accounting work
- Knowledge of tender filing/GEM portal/e-tender process will be preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of Tally and office documentation preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
