Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.
During the training period, stay and food will be arranged by the company in a PG, with a cost of ₹500 per day, which will be fully refunded on the last day of training after successful completion. After training, the candidate will be placed at our Mumbai branch for a full time role and will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive sales and ensure team conversions.
- Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling.
- Strong background in Sales and Operations.
- Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to undergo 4-5 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
