Position: Export Merchandising, Procurement & GeM Operations Intern

Internship Type: Full time

Stipend: ₹5,000+ per month (Based on skills and internship duration)

About the Role

Matrix Exports is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our Export Merchandising, Procurement, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to export documentation, supplier management, government tendering, procurement processes, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

Assist in vendor development and supplier communication.

Support procurement activities and product sourcing.

Handle GeM portal operations, tender participation, and order processing.

Assist in preparing export documentation and maintaining shipment records.

Conduct market research to identify products and suppliers.

Coordinate with clients and suppliers for quotations, order updates, and follow-ups.





Support government tender documentation and procurement processes.

Maintain procurement records, reports, and databases.

Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Basic knowledge of procurement, exports, or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory.
