Inpatient (IP) Coordination

- Manage admissions and discharges of patients
- Allocate beds and coordinate room availability
- Maintain inpatient records and ensure documentation is complete
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing teams for smooth patient care
- Monitor patient status and update families when required

Outpatient (OP) Coordination

- Schedule and manage doctor appointments
- Register patients and maintain OP records
- Handle patient inquiries at reception or help desk
- Ensure smooth patient flow to avoid delays or overcrowding
- Coordinate diagnostic tests, consultations, and follow-ups

Administrative Duties

- Maintain accurate patient data and hospital records
- Handle billing coordination and insurance documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations (e.g.,



guidelines aligned with bodies like the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers)
- Prepare daily reports on admissions, discharges, and OP visits

Key Skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
