Job Description

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Fresher CAD Engineer with outstanding assertive behaviour and a positive attitude to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This role demands not just technical proficiency in CAD software, but also a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software, adapting quickly to design changes and challenges.
- Collaborate actively with engineers and architects to transform conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
- Embrace startup culture by being flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic about taking on diverse tasks beyond traditional CAD responsibilities.
- Ensure designs meet both industry standards and innovative startup visions.
- Participate in and contribute assertively to design reviews, offering creative solutions and ideas.
- Manage documentation, including material lists, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Maintain and update drawing databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the team to identify design problems and brainstorm innovative solutions.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to new challenges with a positive attitude.

Requirements & Skills

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, CAD, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ).
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 per month

- The training period will range between 3 to 6 months based on your performance. Are you comfortable with this duration?
- This is a full-time, in-office role with working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and may occasionally require staying back longer to meet deadlines. Are you okay with this schedule?

- We are looking for candidates who can join immediately. Please do not apply if you are currently employed or have a notice period longer than 7 days. Can you join immediately?
- Do you have hands-on experience with any of the following software: Creo, Inventor, or NX CAD? If yes, please mention which software and how many years of experience you have?
- The stipend during the training period is ₹17,000, and post-training the salary will be ₹23,000 CTC. Are you okay with this compensation structure?
