Job Description:

Project Planning:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk assessments.

Team Leadership:

- Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
- Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create retro reports.

Experience:

- 3-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in Broking Firm.

Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good & clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Solid creation of clear, concise, and well-structured documents.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
