We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Department Head to lead our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage financial reporting, and support strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the accounts department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.




- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements.
- Review and approve journal entries, payments, and financial transactions.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns (where applicable).

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
