Job Summary

Servedge Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations while ensuring safe and timely transportation. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, experience in supervising staff, and a valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Supervise housekeeping staff at assigned client locations.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and daily work allocation.
- Ensure cleaning activities are completed as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding manpower requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
- Submit daily reports on staff attendance and site activities.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Driver, Supervisor, or Driver cum Supervisor.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence (mandatory).
- Experience in facility management, housekeeping, or manpower services is preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English or Malayalam/Hindi.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different client locations.
