Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the organization's overall operations, business development, strategic planning, and team management. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership abilities, excellent decision-making skills, and the capability to drive organizational growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational efficiency across all functions.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Supervise and mentor department heads and employees to enhance productivity and performance.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present business reports, budgets, and performance analyses to the management.
- Collaborate with senior management in organizational planning and decision-making.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous process improvements.
- Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,



or a related field. (Master's degree is preferred.)
- Minimum 5–10 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound business decisions.
