* Technical support for hardware, software, printer, network related issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops. printers, scanners, and other IT

equipment.

* Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email accounts, user access

permissions.

* Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.

* Perform regular data backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures.

* Troubleshoot hardware failures, operating system issues, and application errors.

* Configure and manage email services, file sharing and cloud storage solutions.

* Document IT procedures, configurations, licenses, and system changes.

* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.

* Assist in procurement, installation, and commissioning of recent IT equipment.





* Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and video conferences.

* Perform preventive maintenance of all IT systems and network infrastructure.

* Generate periodic reports on IT assets, incidents, maintenance, and system performance.

* Generate Scanner ,Stickers Printout and order rolls and ribbon for Equipment .

* Maintain ERP Based Software - Graeon.ai for Sales, HR-Payrolls , Service and Other

Departments.

* Maintain and Develop INDIA Mart daily activities.

* Maintain CCTV system, biometric attendance system and access control devices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
