- Manage incoming, in-process, and finished goods quality.
- Ensure compliance with IS 694, IS 1293, and BIS standards.
- Handle laboratory testing, quality documentation, and calibration records.
- Conduct BIS, customer, and internal quality audits.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Resolve customer complaints and train quality personnel.
