Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows L3 Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, storage environments, and endpoint security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, extensive hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, VMware/Nutanix, SAN storage, Microsoft 365, and enterprise backup solutions. The role involves handling critical incidents, driving infrastructure improvements, and providing technical leadership to L1/L2 support teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesWindows Infrastructure

- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Services.
- Perform Windows Server patching, upgrades, and compliance activities.
- Implement server hardening and security best practices.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
- Handle server performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

VMware & Nutanix Administration

- Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
- Provision and manage virtual machines, snapshots, templates, and vMotion.
- Monitor virtualization infrastructure performance and capacity.
- Support Nutanix AHV and Prism environments.
- Perform virtualization upgrades and maintenance activities.

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Handle user provisioning, licensing, mailbox administration, and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Support hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environments.
- Implement Microsoft 365 security,



compliance, and governance policies.

Storage & SAN Administration

- Administer enterprise storage platforms (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE).
- Configure and maintain SAN/NAS storage environments.
- Perform LUN provisioning, storage allocation, zoning, and masking.
- Monitor storage utilization, health, and performance.

SAN Switch Administration

- Configure and manage Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.
- Perform zoning, firmware upgrades, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ensure storage fabric availability and redundancy.

Security & Backup

- Manage enterprise antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor threat detection, incident response, and remediation activities.
- Administer enterprise backup solutions including Commvault and Tape Libraries.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Perform vulnerability remediation, hardening, and VAPT compliance.

L3 Responsibilities

- Handle P1/P2 incidents and major escalations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers.
- Lead infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and migration activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
- Participate in infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Equivalent technical qualifications with relevant experience may also be considered.
