Key Responsibilities

- Scriptwriting & Ideation: Write persuasive scripts, social media captions, and video concepts that align with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
- On-Camera Presenting: Act as the face of the brand by hosting YouTube videos, product showcases, and interactive educational or promotional content.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to pitch trending topics and format content to maximize audience engagement and retention.





Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (often in both English and regional languages like Malayalam).
- On-Camera Confidence: A highly charismatic, photogenic, and articulate on-camera presence.
- Technical: Familiarity with content management systems, basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut), and SEO best practices.
- Education: A background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing
