Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 10-15 years of proven success in managing complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery. Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.

Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their qualified growth.

Required skills :-

10-15 years of project management experience in corporate set up
-
Proven track record in leading/managing IT teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or relevant technical certifications can be beneficial.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, infrastructure, and technology trends.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and external partners.

Qualification :-

BE/BTech/MBA/MTech in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
