Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Deliver quality customer service.

Eligibility:

- Graduation Mandatory
- Freshers & Experienced can apply
- Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills
- Willing to work from office

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC

Shift:

- 24×7 Rotational Shift
- 6 Days Working

2. Customer Success Associate (International Voice Process)

Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer calls.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Upsell products/services wherever applicable.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in:
- International Voice Process
- Technical Support
- Upselling
- Excellent English Communication Skills

Salary:

- Up to ₹34,000 CTC
