- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Allocate leads and track team performance regularly.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor loan application processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and overall team productivity.
