URCA Partners is a multi-service chartered accountancy firm based in Kozhikode, serving clients across India and Kerala. Our work spans statutory and internal audit, India entry advisory for foreign businesses, valuation (IBBI Registered Valuer), GST and income tax, corporate secretarial services, and MSME consulting.

About the Role

We are hiring an Audit & Consulting Assistant to support our audit and advisory teams across a variety of engagements. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career looking for broad exposure to audit, compliance, and consulting work.

Responsibilities

- Assist in statutory and internal audit assignments — vouching, verification, and working paper preparation
- Support consulting and advisory engagements through research, data collation, and client deliverables
- Assist with GST, income tax, and other compliance filings and reconciliations
- Maintain organised working files and support engagement execution
- Coordinate with clients for documents, information, and follow-ups




- Travel to client sites within Kerala and across India as required

Requirements

- Basic experience in audit, accounting, or a CA firm setting (Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter /CMA/CS/ ACCA)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and MS Excel/Word
- Auditing experience
- Familiarity with GST and income tax basics is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to client work
- Willingness and ability to travel is strongly preferred

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
