We Need & Tech Stack:

- Paid Ads Automation Expert: Must be highly proficient with Meta Ads Manager (specifically leveraging Meta Advantage+ campaigns) and Google Ads (mastering Performance Max / PMax and AI-driven bidding strategies) to optimize ROAS.
- AI-Powered SEO Specialist: Deep understanding of traditional SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) combined with up-to-date AI optimization tools like Surfer SEO or Clearscope. Bonus points if you understand GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to get our brand cited inside ChatGPT and Perplexity results.
- Content & Lifecycle Automator: Experience using AI content workflows (ChatGPT-4o, Claude, Jasper AI) to generate hooks, ad copies, and structured content at scale without losing human quality.
- Inbound & Email Funnel Builder: Hands-on mastery of all-in-one CRMs and email suites like HubSpot AI, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo to build automated, behavior-triggered lead nurturing sequences.
- Workflow Orchestration Engine: You know how to connect tools seamlessly. Proficiency with Zapier or Make to build automated marketing pipelines (e.g.,



auto-syncing Facebook Leads directly to email workflows and CRM pipelines) is a massive plus.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Able to pull insights from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and translate numbers into clear conversion strategies.
- A High-Ticket Closer (Sales): Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills. You must be completely comfortable managing CRM pipelines, handling objections, and jumping on sales calls to close premium prospects.
- Multi-Lingual Edge (Hindi + Regional): Fluency in Hindi (or other major Indian regional languages like Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Bengali) is required. Since you will be handling pan-India campaigns and closing leads across different zones, the ability to smoothly communicate with prospects outside of Tamil and English markets is essential.
