Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Engineers.
- Develop new OEM customers, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships through solution-based selling.
- Conduct technical presentations and techno-commercial discussions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and application teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics.
- 8–15 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams or regions.
